Love homegrown, sweet, ripe strawberries? The season is short in Oklahoma and we never seem to get enough. Emily Oakley and Mike Appel of Three Springs Farm have been growing sweet, delicious, organic strawberries for this dinner. The menu will feature dishes which use foods from the farm, paired and combined with Mike and Emily’s strawberries.
